This is an easy to access Street Level Fletcher Village, one bedroom apartment that provides access to the Ocean Edge amenities and is less than 1 mile from the Cape Cod Bike Trail. The kitchen comes fully equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave, and there is seating for 4 in the dining area. The bedroom has a queen bed with A/C. The living room has a flat screen TV and a queen sleep sofa. Access the furnished deck from either the living room or the bedroom via sliding glass doors. Other amenities include WIFI Internet access and washer/dryer. Grills are not allowed due to condominium restrictions.

This property allows you to purchase pool passes*.
For the 2023 summer season, the daily pass rate is $20/adult and $10/child (ages 6-15). The weekly pass rate is $70/adult and $30/child. Children 5 and under do not require a pass.
*POOL PASSES are NOT INCLUDED and must be PURCHASED separately DURING YOUR STAY. The Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club controls the distribution of passes, collection of fees, use and operations of all amenities. All are subject to change without notice.
Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
