Three balconies overlook the immaculate green lawn, the pool deck, a gazebo perfect for picture taking and of course the ever thrilling Gulf of Mexico. Plus, upgrades like granite counters, a huge primary bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub will make your Destin getaway extra special.

Mediterranea’s distinctive horseshoe architecture, its great amenities and of course its proximity to the beach and restaurants have kept visitors coming back again and again. All the balconies in 314 view the Gulf and the spacious pool deck with a hot tub. Plenty of sun bathing chairs are at the center of the immaculate lawn. Other amenities include a fitness center, a clubhouse, underground parking and almost 500 ft of unobstructed views and deeded beach access.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
