Summerhouse 14 is so well-run that you can finally relax. You won't care about anything once you take in the Gulf breeze, look at the sunsets on the beach, or lounge on the deck by the pool. This Destin beach home is modern and stylish. It features tile floors, modern construction, and a sleek kitchen. You will feel achilla throughout your stay in one the most beautiful beach towns in the world. Summerhouse 14 is a collection of coastal-inspired dA(c),cor. Summerhouse 14 will not be jealous if you spend some time away, as it is a good friend! The beach road is easy to access restaurants, shops, and places to rent bikes. You can also take a short drive to find three outdoor malls and movie theaters, as well as golf courses, and plenty of entertainment for rainy days.
We may require a minimum stay of two nights during summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
No pets allowed.

The property rules prohibit RV's and trailers from being parked in the community area. If you plan on bringing additional vehicles, such as a trailer or RV, please call us to arrange off-site parking.
A welcome kit includes small dish soap, dish soap, sponge and a roll each of paper towels. Each receptacle will have a trash liner and a set each of soaps and toilet paper. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish supplies.
