This home in Assateague Pointe offers a 3rd bedroom - not many out there have this. ( it is a very small 3rd bedroom). This is in a great community that offers outdoor pools, a fishing pier, stocked fishing ponds with paddle boats, playgrounds, picnic areas, rec center, club house and more! This home offers a kitchen, 4 TV's, 2 DVD players and central a/c. *Unit does not have a Washer or Dryer or Wi-Fi*. There is a coin operated laundry room in the rec center. Community WiFi is also available in the rec center and club house. Occupancy is for 6, and the home is non smoking, Grilling and animals are prohibited. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
