Inside, the bright and open layout includes a comfortable living room with a Smart TV and cable, an electric fireplace, and sliding glass doors that open to your oceanfront balcony. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig pod-style coffee maker, and all cookware and utensils for easy meals at home. The dining area and breakfast bar provide seating for the whole family, making this space ideal for gathering after a day on the sand.
Sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests: a king in the primary bedroom with balcony access and en-suite bath, a queen in the second bedroom, and a double bed with twin and trundle in the third bedroom. All bedrooms include Smart TVs, ample storage, and ceiling fans.

You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.
If something feels off, whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue, please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.
All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.
Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
