This spectacular one bedroom condo offers outstanding views of the Gulf of Mexico. Upon entering you will see the Master Bedroom that has a King Size bed and a full private bathroom. As you continue through the condo to the living area you will pass the bunk nook that contains a set of twin bunk beds convenient for any children that are in your party. The open floor plan living area has a beautiful view and access to your very own private balcony. The living area features a flat screen TV and a sofa that double as a Queen Sofa Sleeper for additional guests that join you during your vacation. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and offers an eat-in bar that is perfect for eating meals during your stay.

The Majestic Sun sits perfectly on the Seascape Resort and offers an indoor/outdoor multi tiered pool. They also have a hot tub on property to add to the relaxation of your stay. Be sure to check out the Cabana Cafe for on-site dining.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
