This unit is perfectly located on the 2nd floor. Parking is easy on the 2nd floor just 5 condos down from the garage. The balcony has also been extended for maximum space to spread out and enjoy the waves!!

This is a Premium unit. Come relax on the spacious 2nd floor balcony with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! There are 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!

We also have the 2br unit next door and a 3br unit 3 doors down.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle.
