In addition, the downloading of the DACK application for house manual and check-in instructions.   In order to ensure a worry-free stay we collect a $500 refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned, 7 days after checkout day, if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay. A few things to keep in mind, off street parking only, receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property. Lastly, please please remember that you're staying in a private unit, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we do not have anyone living on-site and we will not provide service between 8 PM-8 AM.
