Property Description
Lake House at the Cape Escape to paradise when staying at Lake House at the Cape, featuring heated pool, kayaks, bicycles, and a pool table! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with sleeping capabilities of 8, leaves plenty of space for it’s guests and a furry friend to enjoy and relax. Upon entry, guests will be immersed into a welcoming space, nicely decorated with touches of blue. In the kitchen guests will find all they need to cook delicious meals, such as; appliances, utensils, and a coffee maker. In the master bedroom, guests will find a king size bed, TV, ensuite bathroom, and sliding doors leading directly to the lanai and heated pool. In the other bedrooms, guests will find bunk beds and a queen size bed. The highlight of this villa is the backyard space! Once on the lanai, guests will find a spacious heated pool, perfect for doing laps or for floating around. Under the covered patio, guests will find two sets of table and chairs where they can enjoy eating a meal outdoors. Down by the lake, guests will be blown away by the view. The large open body of water brings a feeling of peace to look at. Sit on the of the chairs on the dock, watch a beautiful sunset, use one of the provided kayaks to explore the lake, or spend the day fishing with one of the provided fishing poles. When applicable FREE late checkout/early check in is available for fall arrivals, contact our office for more information! Hurricane Ian Disclaimer: The pool cage of Lake House at the Cape suffered damage during the hurricane. It has since been removed. We are quickly working to fix this. The rest of the home is in great condition! Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25. Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $15-25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Pack & Plays (Portable Crib) and Highchairs are available with a small rental fee.

We had a great week in Cape Coral! The property was as described. Kids used the kayaks on the lake, we fished off the dock, shot pool in the garage and swam in the pool and soaked up the sun. I will share I was concerned with details in the paperwork, electrical costs, lack of providing essentials like TP and soap, potential fees for this and that, etc. To my surprise all those types of items were provided when we were there. Mgmt company called at check in and before leaving to check in on us and answer any questions.

This house overlooking the bay in Cape Coral makes for a wonderful vacation stay anytime of the year. You will enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets, kayaking in the bay, swims in the pool and even fun games of pool in the garage. We recommend this property for your next vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at Lake House in Cape Coral. Upon arrival the house was very clean. It was nice to have a few essentials like dishwasher soap, laundry soap, hand soap, garbage bags, even a small bottle of hand sanitizer to start our vacation. Our home manager occasionally checked on how our stay was going. She was quick to respond to my texts if I had a question. The beds are very comfortable. My kids enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the pool. Would love to come back next year!
