A wrap-around porch envelops the home on three sides, perfect for outdoor dinners, fireworks or taking in the breeze. French doors off of the dining and kitchen open to the porch's nooks between windows, bringing the outside in and allowing for endless ocean views. On the first floor is a small bedroom with full size bed, as well as laundry, water closet and glass walk-in shower. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, all with porch access and further water views. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, television and private porch with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Farm Pond. Bedroom Two has a queen size bed and shared porch with Bedroom Three, with a queen bed and pair of twins. There is a newly renovated bathroom with soaking tub - and a fabulous outdoor shower.

Two blocks from the bike path, steps from the ocean and a short walk to town - this house truly has it all.

NOTE: There is a detached guesthouse with bedroom, "The Nest". Bedroom 5 with both Queen and Twin Bed and deck with water views. Window AC, Apple TV, small kitchen with stove, sink and refrigerator, indoor and outdoor shower, table with chairs. No living area, no dishwasher. Pricing not included in Main House.
