The fantastic location will have you smiling as you're just 1.5 blocks - 4 Minute Walk (per Google Maps) - to either Siesta Key Beach Access 7, and just steps to the back entrance to Siesta Key Village and all of the shopping, dining, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and entertainment that Downtown Siesta has to offer. The entire ground level features a large, open great room with a fully stocked kitchen with wood cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a dining room that seats 6 and a bar top that seats 5, and a living room with HDTV, FREE WiFi, and plenty of seating for everyone. There is also a large sliding glass door with direct pool views from the living room and plenty of windows for great natural light. The exterior covered patio features a dining table and plenty of lounge chairs to lay out and work on your tan! There is also a BBQ Grill for the grill master of the group. You'll love this outdoor space. There is plenty of covered seating, great sun on the pool area, and a rear courtyard that is perfect for some shade, quiet, and a nice book to relax with.All of the bedrooms are located on the upper split level. There is a Master Bedrooms that features a King Bed and an En Suite Bathroom with a garden bathtub and walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a King Bed. The 3rd bedroom features a Queen Bed, and the 4th Bedroom features a bunk bed that has full size bed over a full size bed (sleeps 4) and a day bed with a twin trundle. These bedrooms share a bathroom. This is perfect for multi-family or friends traveling together. The living space is very open, and the rear sliding glass doors that lead to the amazing new pool allow great natural light into the home. The outdoor area is gorgeous, highlighted with a very large pavered deck and heated pool. Most of our guests spend the majority of their time out here because it's such an awesome space for entertaining, relaxing, reading a book, or watching your children and/or friends swim and have fun.This home offers it all, and you're close enough to everything, 4 minute walk or less, that no one will have to decide who will be driving and where do you park - You can walk everywhere! If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.Beach Towels and Beach Chairs are included.
