This room features a large kitchen, dining area with a dining table for 6 people, bar seating for 6 people, and a living room with a smart TV and ample seating as well. There is also a balcony on this level that overlooks the pool and it features a small siting/dining area. All 5 Bedrooms for this home are located on this floor including the Master bedroom. The Master features a King Bed and En Suite Bath, Bedroom 2 and 3 feature King Beds with En Suite Baths, Bedroom 4 features a King Bed and an bathroom directly across the hole dedicated to this room, and Bedroom 5 features a Bunk room with a Full/Full Bunk Bed (sleeps 4) and a full bath (shower/bathtub for the kids) that is directly next to this room and shared with the living space.This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are Always included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest.Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this.
