The screened in lanai has a grill station, tiki-hut and pool. The fire pit is also included. You can request pool heating for $40/day when booking. The living room features a large screen TV with premium channels. The kitchen has a large island with granite countertops. This is the perfect place for gathering to prepare or serve food. This 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home has the master bedroom and 2 other bedrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom en suite. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom. The third bedroom features two queen-size bed. The 4th bedroom has (2) full-size beds and an en-suite bathroom. The 5th room is a queen-size with an ensuite bathroom. This home is located within the gated community Sawgrass Country Club. It is close to fine dining and shopping, as well as the beach. The home can accommodate your entire family including your four-legged members. Sawgrass Country Club only accepts residents. The membership does exclude guests who stay in rental properties. Perfect sized property for a large family gathering. Good space in the kitchen and around the pool to congregate. Overall, spacious and very clean. Exactly what we were looking for. Mattresses and towels were a little tired. Kitchen was well-stocked. I would stay again and/or recommend to someone staying in Jacksonville area.
