Located right at John's Pass, Madeira Beach this direct beach front 3 bedroom 2 bath has all the comforts of home with views that are sure to amaze you and your traveling companions. Relax on the beach front balcony with access from the living area as well as the master bedroom. Open the windows and let the gentle sound of the Gulf surf soothe your soul. Updated granite kitchen with newer appliances should you want to prepare your meals, or walk to many local restaurants. Free Wifi Unit 108 has one parking spot. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

The master bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with a king sized bed. The second guest room also offers 2 queen sized beds, plenty of closet space and an attached bathroom. The third bedroom has one queen bed, making this condo a perfect spot for extended families. Washer and dryer, four flat screen televisions, high speed internet and one parking spot are also included. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.
