The SunHost staff looks forward to taking your reservation for this spacious, well laid out updated unit. The modern kitchen includes granite countertops, newer appliances and cabinets. Fully stocked with utensils, including coffee maker and microwave, everything is here for your convenience. The open living area with comfortable seating leads out to the outdoor balcony with spectacular ocean views. There simply is no better place to watch Florida's unbeatable sunsets at the end of the day.

The master bedroom is bright and spacious with a king sized bed, television, and has direct access to the outdoor balcony. The large, second guestroom contains two queen beds with attached bathroom as well. The third bedroom has one queen bed making this a perfect property for larger families or groups. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. Free Wifi is also included as well as a washer and dryer. This unit offers only one parking space. There is no visitor parking on this property.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.
