Property Description

This spacious Dollar Point vacation rental is nestled among towering pines overlooking beautiful Lake Tahoe. Upon entering, you'll feel that this home was designed to entertain.  The main floor offers vaulted ceilings, impeccably designed furnishings, along with custom wood work and masonry.  The centerpiece of the main common area is a floor to ceiling rock wall that houses a two sided wood fireplace, to be enjoyed from the lake view sitting area or the sunken media room.  Not to be outdone, a gorgeous kitchen also enjoys peak views of the lake, Viking appliances, and easy access to the back patio for outdoor BBQs.  Two guest rooms complete the main floor and share a full bath between them.

Multiple families will appreciate that this home provides two primary suites located on the second floor, but on completely opposite sides of the home.  Perfectly situated for maximum privacy, these suites are located up separate stair cases and provide guests with a spacious bedroom, complete with king bed, ensuite bath, and the best lake views at this luxury vacation home.  While the grown ups will be pleased with their accommodations, the younger crowd will find it hard to complain.  Downstairs on the ground floor, a large bunk room offers built in full size bunks and connects by way of a full bath to the billiards room.

In the summer, Dollar Point can't be beat. For those seeking adventure, hop on the bike path that exits the community and follow the Truckee River north, or visit Tahoe City, home to everything from home grown coffee shops to lakefront fine dining, all just minutes away.

In the winter, Dollar Point offers central access to almost all of North Lake Tahoe’s premier ski areas. Palisades Tahoe, Northstar and Homewood are all just a 20-minute drive from your Dollar Point home.

2. Parking for 4 vehicles.  Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Dollar Point amenities (including swimming pool, beach, and tennis courts) are not available to renters.
4. Please note - There is construction currently taking place next door to this home.  Some noise is to be expected.
5. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.  
6. Please note that the garage has low clearance. Tall vehicles will not fit in this space.
