The townhome is within walking distance of the weekly farmers' market and the "Music in the Mountains", a free concert series. This home is located within minutes of Montana’s best hiking trails such as Beehive, Ousel Falls and Uplands Trail.

Big Sky isn't just about skiing. There are many other activities to enjoy, including fly-fishing and hiking in Yellowstone National Park.

The 'Biggest Skiing in America,' is located at Big Sky Resort and can be reached by a short drive, or shuttle service. The Skyline Shuttle, a free shuttle that stops in Town Center is just a short walk from the townhome. Big Sky's outdoor ice skating is also located in Town Center! Weather dependent, some additional activities in Big Sky include dog sledding and snowmobiling. Winter Yellowstone tours are also available (45 minutes from West Entrance).

Montana A/C is a good way to cool down the house during summer. It involves opening windows at night, and closing them during the day. Closing the windows during the day will keep cool air in the house. We ask that you close them if you're not at home.

Transportation to Big Sky From Bozeman Airport:It is important to have a vehicle available during your stay in order to enjoy all that Big Sky offers. You can travel easily from the Gallatin river to Lone Peak. In other communities, taxis and ride-sharing services are plentiful. However, Big Sky is a small community with limited transportation options. We offer a 5% off code to Explore Rentals. They are located just minutes from the Bozeman airport and offer 4-wheel drive vehicles equipped with snow tires during the winter and all season tires during the summer.
