Property Description

These exclusive stand-alone condos share a quaint, treed enclave in Mountain Village. These custom residences, nestled near the base of the Big Sky Resort, feature a new five-bedroom floor plan with three levels of living. They also have updated finishes. The home offers stunning views of the Lone and Andesite Mountains. All five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, with an additional powder room on the first floor.

Enjoy the Summer at Town Center Events such as the Big Sky Farmers Market, Music in the Mountains Concert Series and Big Sky's premier event, the PBR Rodeo.

The trailheads for the "Hummocks", "Uplands", and infamous "Ousel Falls" waterfall hike are only a half mile away from the house. These trails are great for mountain biking or hiking and are suitable for all levels of skill! Take a seat at the patio of the local grocery store "Hungry Moose Market and Deli". You can enjoy a coffee, ice cream or a cone while taking in the view of the mountains.

This central location allows you to enjoy a variety of winter activities in Big Sky! Take a ten-minute drive to Big Sky Resort to enjoy the "Biggest Skiing in America!". If cross-country ski trails are more your style, Lone Mountain Ranch offers over 80 miles of world class Nordic trails.

Big Sky Resort is less than 5 minutes away. It is the proud home to America's largest skiing. You can also take the White Otter Lift to ski out. This home is not ski in accessible, but it is not too far to walk.

White Otter opens mid-December, and closes April 9th. We do not have control over the schedule of the ski lifts. You may need to transport your small children to the resort if they are not able to ski.

Additional Notes:We are a local company that manages property. Please let us know if you have any questions before, during or after your vacation. Montana A/C is a good way to cool down the house during summer. It involves opening windows at night, and closing them during the day. Closing the windows during the day will keep cool air in the house. We ask that you close them if you're not at home.

Transportation to Big Sky From Bozeman Airport:It is important to have a vehicle available during your stay in order to enjoy all that Big Sky offers. You can travel easily from the Gallatin river to Lone Peak. In other communities, taxis and ride-sharing services are plentiful. However, Big Sky is a small community with limited transportation options. We offer a 5% off code to Explore Rentals. They are located just minutes from the Bozeman airport and offer 4-wheel drive vehicles equipped with snow tires during the winter and all season tires during the summer.
