You will be welcomed by the wrap-around porch as you enter this traditional floor-plan home. The elegantly-designed open floor plan layout and gleaming hardwood floors will immediately delight you. The living area has comfortable seating and a decorative fireplace. There are also many windows. The adjacent dining area is anchored with a table that can comfortably seat eight, but can also accommodate ten. The shell chandelier is breathtaking!
The breakfast bar is located beyond the dining area and can seat four. Granite countertops, stainless appliances, and ample prep space make the adjacent gourmet kitchen ideal for multiple chefs. The screen porch is just steps away and provides additional seating and dining options. Beyond that, you will find a tranquil patio with another table for alfresco meals.
