Along the hallway of the entrance there is a half bathroom and access to the 2-car garage. Also, the living area gives way to a private patio that’s fit with lively outdoor furniture and an open view to relax with.
Going up, there is plenty of accommodation for guests throughout the following bedrooms. There are two bedrooms connected by an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and bathtub. One of these has a sporty kids’ theme with two TwinSize beds and the other has a cozy QueenSize bed with mauve accents. 
The other two bedrooms are master suites with their own separate ensuite bathrooms, and they both have a QueenSize bed each. The first of these has a navy and ash wood appeal and the other is elegant and minimalist.
The Washer/Dryer room is next to the stairs on this floor.
