Enjoy this beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo with all the comforts of home! It's easily accessible with only 10 steps down from parking, or no steps by utilizing the walkway from the end of the building. We now offer a total of 4 units in the B building, with 3 on this lowest level.

The open concept interior features a full Kitchen, Dining Area, and Living Room with flat screen TV.

Both bedrooms include King sized beds and flat screen TV's. The Master Bedroom has a slider that leads to the Screened deck.

On the deck, have a seat at the 4 top table while grilling dinner on the propane powered BBQ.

Lazy Days complex amenities include 2 outdoor pools, a pavillion with bbq area, and a large playground. There is on-site boat launching, trailer parking, and one boat slip is included (size varies/by request) at no additional cost when renting this condo. This complex is located close to shopping, restaurants and all of the attractions including the Main Street Music show, minature golf and go karts.
