Nestled among palm and cedar trees, this beach home provides seclusion on an already tranquil island, steps away from the beach and ocean. Our home is fully equipped for your vacation enjoyment. The large great room with cathedral ceiling, expansive windows, and screen porch provides the perfect place for relaxing. Wake up to beautiful sunrises (summer season) while enjoying breakfast at the bay window overlooking the beach and ocean. The four bedrooms and three full baths provide plenty of room for families or couples to share a vacation together. Two bedrooms have full ocean views, with walk out access to the deck. An outside shower on the way back from the beach is an added convenience. For awe-inspiring views, walk up the spiral staircase to the roof top deck. This is a great place for some late afternoon Jimmy Buffet margaritas!!

Rate Description: Please add 11% South Carolina Sales and Accommodations tax to daily and weekly rentals, plus a $75 reservation/damage waiver fee.
Fee Description: DAILY rentals do NOT include departure cleaning (cost varies by size of home), Harbor Island car passes, and/or amenity cards for Fripp guests, if normally included in weekly rentals.
Driving Directions: From the south: Take I-95 North, take S.C. exit 8 (Hwy 278/Beaufort/Hilton Head). Turn onto Hwy 278, toward Hilton Head/Beaufort. Travel approximately 4 miles and turn left at the sign for Beaufort. (If you pass the Wal-Mart, you missed the turn). Stay on this road until it dead-ends at Hwy 170. Turn left onto Hwy 170 and continue for about 11miles, cross the Broad River Bridge, and turn right onto Hwy 802 (the next right turn after the bridge at the BP Gas Station). Take this road for a couple of miles until it comes to an end and turn right to stay on the same hwy. Stay on Hwy 802 (you’ll cross over the bridge by Parris Island) until you come to a fairly major intersection with a CVS, a gas station, a Hardee’s, and an auto parts store. Turn right at this intersection. You will still be on Hwy 802. (You’ll know it’s the right turn because you’ll see signs for Fripp Island). At all times, follow the signs toward Fripp. You’ll cross another bridge over to Lady’s Island. After crossing the bridge, travel another mile or 2 and make a right hand turn onto Hwy 21. A video rental store and a Publix will be at this intersection. Go approx 15 miles on Hwy 21. You’ll go over one final drawbridge and then turn left onto Harbor Island. Once you pass through the security gates, follow the road out toward the beach (you need to hand the security guards your pass(es)). It will curve to the left – just keep following it. Key West Attitude, 68 NHD, is .25 miles on your right (turn right at 64 NHD mailbox), we are beachfront to the left (number is on the right corner of the house). From the north: Go I-95 South, take exit 33 (US-17 N) toward Charleston/Beaufort. Go approximately 8.5 miles and turn right onto US-21 S/Trask Pkwy. Follow US-21 S/Trask Pkwy for about 14 miles, then stay straight to go onto US-21 BR/Boundary St. Continue to follow US-21 BR, which becomes US-21. Continue another 13 miles and turn left onto Harbor Island. Follow directions to home above.
Minimum Rental Period (Days): Typically 7 nights during the summer and 3 nights during the off season.
