Property Information
Beachfront home, with spectacular panoramic views from the living room, kitchen, and dining area - you won't be able to stop staring in amazement at the beauty that befalls you. A deck runs the full width of the rear of the house with a private walkway to the beach. Enjoy this home in the winter too, with a wood-burning fireplace keeping your toes toasty. New dining furniture to seat 12 at one table, plus a second table to seat 4. Three of the bedrooms have spectacular oceanfront views with king size beds. The main level features a large master bedroom with a jacuzzi tub and multiple spray shower (awesome to wake up to).
Do the kids need a place to "get away"? Come downstairs into our playroom and enjoy the gaming/TV room featuring an air hockey table, foos ball, card game table, and a large 54" HD screen TV. This room is also equipped with two sets of twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa.
Cruise to the Olympic Pool Village or Cabana Club Complex via golf cart or bicycle. The Olympic Pool Village houses a number of shops and restaurants with both elegant and casual dining.
The Cabana Club Complex offers outdoor fun for the entire family. Here you will find a heated pool, hot tub, two separate children's pool areas, a sand playground, a casual restaurant, and an outdoor bar all overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Nature lovers will not need their binoculars as the deer, birds, and other wildlife will join you on your daily strolls. Spend an afternoon fishing and crabbing from the bridge over the canal or rent watercraft in the marina.

Rate Description: Please add 11% South Carolina Sales and Accommodations tax to daily and weekly rentals, plus a $75 reservation/damage waiver fee.
Fee Description: DAILY rentals do NOT include departure cleaning (cost varies by size of home), Harbor Island car passes, and/or amenity cards for Fripp guests, if normally included in weekly rentals.
Driving Directions: From the south: Take I-95 North, take S.C. exit 8 (Hwy 278/Beaufort/Hilton Head). Turn onto Hwy 278, toward Hilton Head/Beaufort. Travel approximately 4 miles and turn left at the sign for Beaufort. (If you pass the Wal-Mart, you missed the turn). Stay on this road until it dead-ends at Hwy 170. Turn left onto Hwy 170 and continue for about 11miles, cross the Broad River Bridge, and turn right onto Hwy 802 (the next right turn after the bridge at the BP Gas Station). Take this road for a couple of miles until it comes to an end and turn right to stay on the same hwy. Stay on Hwy 802 (you’ll cross over the bridge by Parris Island) until you come to a fairly major intersection with a CVS, a gas station, a Hardee’s, and an auto parts store. Turn right at this intersection. You will still be on Hwy 802. (You’ll know it’s the right turn because you’ll see signs for Fripp Island). At all times, follow the signs toward Fripp. You’ll cross another bridge over to Lady’s Island. After crossing the bridge, travel another mile or 2 and make a right hand turn onto Hwy 21. A video rental store and a Publix will be at this intersection. Go approx 15 miles on Hwy 21. Hwy 21 dead ends onto Fripp Island. After checking into the Guard Gate on Fripp, continue onto the Island. Turn left at the sign for Ocean Point. Turn right onto Marlin. Follow that road until you reach our house at 763 Marlin. From the north: Go I-95 South, take exit 33 (US-17 N) toward Charleston/Beaufort. Go approximately 8.5 miles and turn right onto US-21 S/Trask Pkwy. Follow US-21 S/Trask Pkwy for about 14 miles, then stay straight to go onto US-21 BR/Boundary St. Continue to follow US-21 BR (through downtown Beaufort), which becomes US-21. Continue another 17 miles until the road ends at Fripp Island.
Minimum Rental Period (Days): Typically 7 nights during the summer and 3 nights during the off season.
