This two storey, two bedroom, 2.5 bath home has all the elements of the perfect vacation get-a-way. The home an easy walk from the main entrance to Seabright State Beach, a south facing beach and the warmest, sunniest beach in Santa Cruz County.

You’re in the middle of vacation bliss at Seabright Beach and this home which provides location, location, location. Seabright beach is a ¾ mile wide strand of beautiful soft sand that is bordered on the west by the San Lorenzo River and Santa Cruz Boardwalk and to the east by the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. As you will see on your tour of this site, the home is a modern, fully upgraded, sophisticated, Seabright residence. For maximum white-water view, you’ll find all of the living spaces upstairs, including the living room, gourmet kitchen, dining area, bar, sun room, half bath and a large rooftop deck. Downstairs features an enticing master suite complete with a huge private bathroom with a two-person Jacuzzi brand spa tub and a glass block walk-in shower. It also has a deck with ocean view right outside. A second bedroom also has a private bath that features high end fixtures including the enclosed shower with true rain shower head.

HIGH SEASON RATES (May 3 to September 27, 2008, Weekly Only)$2,300 plus a 10% City Tax and a one time cleaning fee of $110
OFF SEASON RATES (Sept 27 to May 3, 2008, Four nights minimum)
Four nights $1,200, One week $2,000, Monthly (30 days) $7,500
Holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Years) - 4 nights minimum - $1450
Rates includes departure cleaning fee and 10% city hotel tax.
Early Booking $200 Until November 3, 2007. $1000 After November 3.
$500 Refundable Deposit Required + Balance of Rent Due Within 60 Days of Check-in.

Had a great time spending fourth of July weekend here. This is my first time in Santa Cruz and I loved it being here in this awesome beach house with terrific view. I also thought it was cool that we were only 5 minutes from the Boardwalk and Yacht harbor. I loved everything in this house form the decks with a view of the ocean to the garage door opener. I hope I can visit this beach house again.
