These condo's are homes to their owners and would appreciate if their rental guests care for them like it was their own home for their stay. Assigned parking (for an avarage size vehicle) and laundry facilities on each floor add to the convenience of condominium vacationing. Enjoy the private solar heated at 88 degrees swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna, or the gas barbecues on the Rooftop Verandah. Rooms consist of a Large Living Room, Dining Area, your choice of 1 or 2 bedrooms & even a 3 bedroom, and a complete kitchen with all the utensils... including a microwave oven. Additional parking for more than one vehicle or oversized vehicles (that can not fit in the condo's assigned space or the underground parking garage)can purchase aparking pass through the HOA security staff at time of arrival for $35.00 per. vehicle for periods of 7 days at a time for parking in the Capri's East Lot Area. All while being steps from the beach. Now this is the life!
