Beautiful, light yellow beach cottage on peaceful, secluded Harbor Island. 3.5 miles of pristine, white sand beach. Peaceful, undeveloped, no through traffic, safe, gated community – great family atmosphere. Beach and Racquet Club with adult pool, baby pool (1 foot deep), safe playground, exercise facility, beach volleyball court and tennis court – frequent cocktail hours and picnics with other guests. Spa located within half mile.
House is 200 yards from the beach – under 2 minutes walk! Views over palm trees of the ocean and St Helena Sound from both decks and living room. Vacant lot next door, on quiet cul de sac. Open plan living/dining room and kitchen, decks and rocking chairs on two floors, open, airy and bright! Master BR with suite bath, 2nd Queen sized room and 3rd room with bunk beds for 4 little people. 2nd bathroom. Perfect for 2 families vacationing together or one family that wants to spread out. Multiple TVs with VCRs/DVDs, cable TV. Cable Internet with Wi-Fi home network – catch up with work email (if you can bear it!!) from the deck overlooking the ocean or check out local restaurants online. Outdoor Shower – perfect for rinsing away the beach! Use of Golf Cart (with liability waiver).
No end of things to do on the island and nearby – fish, sail, swim, tennis, golf, horse riding, biking, shopping, wildlife – all within easy reach. Tennis, exercise and volleyball facilities a short walk away, multiple championship golf courses and deep water marinas within an easy drive.
The area is one of outstanding natural beauty and great cultural and historical significance – downtown Beaufort is full of charm, historical buildings, cozy bars, sophisticated (but relaxed) restaurants, and good shopping.
Savannah and Charleston are both easy drives from Harbor Island, each about 1.5 hours away. Both are southern historical landmarks and well worth a visit.

We have three barrier islands near Beaufort, South Carolina: Fripp Island, Harbor Island, and Hunting Island.
