Rent a San Diego beachfront condo just steps to the
sand of Pacific Beach with views of the Ocean, Crystal
pier and Sea World fireworks. We offer a 1 bedroom, 1
bath, full kitchen, plus queen sofa bed accommodates
up to 4. This condo is in a secure building with private
underground parking, pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area, cable TV
with DVD and VCR player local phone and onsite
laundry.
Walk to everything - innumerable dining options, Cold
Stone Creamery, friendly pubs or shop along Garnet
Avenue. Savor coffee at Starbucks, Konos or Zanzibar.
Go swimming, surfing, biking, fishing. Pacific Beach is
centrally located just south of La Jolla and north of
Mission beach. All your needs are within an easy walk
and all of San Diego is within a short drive from your
ocean side condo. And the best news is that your
private secure parking space will be awaiting your
return.

** Normal daily rental period is a minimum of 5 days,

Cleaning fee not included in quoted rates.
Rental periods can begin at any time during a month,
depending on availability, and rental periods can
exceed one month. Rental periods of 30 plus
consecutive days are not taxable.
Occupancy: 2-4. Inquire at time of reservation for
exceptions, i.e. babies under 2 years with their own
crib.
Cleaning during your stay is your responsibility. A
cleaning service is available upon your request. The
condo is checked for cleanliness and damage before
and after your occupancy. Please notify us immediately
if anything has been overlooked.
Directions:
Exiting from Hwy 5 toward the ocean, proceed to
Garnet Ave and continue west on Garnet to Mission
Blvd. Turn right (north) onto Mission Blvd and go 3
blocks to Diamond Street. Turn left on Diamond and
follow it around to the left, it dead ends almost
immediately. You should now be in front of The Ocean
Point Condos on your left. The parking garage is under
the building down that steep driveway. Use the master
key to open the iron gates. Just about by the drivers
side window just before the driveway is a red pipe
looking structure in the bushes, insert your key and the
gate will open. They close automatically after about 15
seconds.

boardwalk. Stroll out Crystal Pier and take in the city
view or drop a line and see if you can catch dinner. A
bounty of food options are within walking distance.
Swimming, surfing (lessons available), boogie boarding,
sun bathing, beach games, grunion hunting, bay
fishing, deep sea fishing, motor boating, sailing, water
skiing, para-sailing, jet-skiing, kayaking, paddle-
boating, scuba diving, snorkeling, tide pooling, whale
watching (in winter), golf, volley ball, charter boat
fishing, cruisers and boat & bike rentals. Gourmet
picnicking, people watching, diverse shopping,
restaurant tasting or club hopping, or just relax and
enjoy the sunset and see if you can catch the "green
flash."
Or go bay side at Crown Point, Sail Bay or Fiesta Bay
and stroll, jog, bike or blade on the miles of paved
lanes that wind around the bay and wildlife preserve.

Postal Center and Belmont Park with it old wood Roller
Coaster.

Playhouse, San Diego Padres baseball, San Diego
Charges football, Gas lamp Quarter (downtown), Scripts
Institute of Oceanography, Coronado Island, La Mesa
downtown antique district, Del Mar Race Track and Fair
Grounds, Legoland, Casinos, Wild Animal Park,
Wineries, Carlsbad Flower fields, Sweetwater Marsh,
Anza Borrego, visit the mountain town of Julian or the
wine country in Temecula or cross the border to
Tijuana, Mexico. Or sit back, take in a scenic ride and
explore while riding the "Red Trolley" or "Ocean
Coaster."
For some a vacation is not a vacation without being
close to world famous golf courses. Near by is La Costa,
Torry Pines Golf Reserve, River Walk Golf Course & Four
Seasons Aviara and many more.
