Swim in your own private pool or relax in your private huge hot tub or steam room in this secluded compound. Your own boats or jet skis can be used on the bay waters from this estate located on three water lots. (Must know in advance if your are bringing water-craft).
Fishing is great most of the year from your own dock Five separate living areas are included in this fabulous rental so several families can have their privacy. 1 King, 7 queens, 1 double. 3 twins. Sleeps 21.
Wireless internet is provided for your convenience. Seven TV's; VCR; Disc Payer; CD Player; Four refrigerators; two ice makers; fenced yard. Cinemax and Showtime channels. Free long distance telephone (within US)
Linens and towels are not included. Linens and towels can be furnished at $12.00 per person.
This house is by the bay on a private cove. The beach is 1.2 miles across island.
Newly remodeled pool can be heated for actual propane cost. Est. cost in Spring and fall of $350/week-end; $750/week. Winter depends on temperature.
New outdoor kitchen and steam room Gas fire pit by pool and hot tub. Completely remodeled since Hurricane.

$800.00 refundable security deposit.
$800.00 rental deposit due with reservation. Rental amount and security deposit due 30 days prior. Linens are available for $12/pp if needed.
