Swim in your own private pool or relax in your private hot tub in this secluded compound. Your own boats or jet skis can be used on the bay waters from this estate located on three water lots. (Must know in advance if your are bringing water-craft).
Fishing is great most of the year from your own dock and you can even see the fish before catching them with the underwater lights! Four separate living areas are included in this fabulous rental so several families can have their privacy. 1 King, 5 queens, 1 double. 5 twins. Sleeps 19.
Wireless internet is provided for your convenience. Seven TV's; VCR; Disc Payer; CD Player; Five refrigerators; two ice makers; fenced yard.
Linens and towels are not included. Linens and towels can be furnished at $12.00 per person.
This house is by the bay on a private cove. The beach is 1.2 miles across island.
Newly remodeled pool can be heated for actual propane cost. Est. cost in Spring and fall of $350/week-end; $750/week. Winter depends on temperature.
