It is only a 5-minute walk to Fisherman’s Wharf, North Beach and all of the lovely Italian restaurants, The Cable Car, and the Buena Vista where you can enjoy their world famous Irish Coffee.
The hand-finished wooden moldings and beamed ceilings throughout enhance the comfort and elegance of this courtyard castle on the hill. Enjoy fabulous views from every window. You will see the San Francisco skyline when you look to the south, the western view provides
a spectacular view of Lombard "The Crookedest Street in the World," and the north view is the San Francisco Bay and Alcatraz. From the roof deck (great for sunning) you get a 360-degree panorama of one of the world's most romantic cities.

Rates & Amenities
There is a one car garage that can fit a large sedan but not an SUV. There is an automatic garage door opener. Weekly maid service is included in the base price more can be provided, if requested. There are two additional twin beds.
Rates are $15,000 32 days rental minimum plus $200 maid service per rental week.
Rates displayed above are for up to 6 people. For more than 6 people, rates will be individually quoted. Refundable security deposit of $3,000 is required.

bed. Great closet space, a dresser and a television. This room has a beautiful view of the courtyard and the Bay surrounding the infamous Alcatraz Island.
Third Bedroom:
The third bedroom has two twin beds, a stand-up
dresser, large closet and a view of downtown San
Francisco.
Upstairs Bathroom:
This upstairs bathroom has dual sinks and a beautiful
walk-in shower with 6 individual shower heads for the
ultimate bathing experience.
Chef's Kitchen:
The equipped Chef’s kitchen includes a 15,000 btu.
Stove and a Sub Zero fridge with a view overlooking
downtown San Francisco. This kitchen is a chef's ultimate dream!
Living Room:
The spacious living room with beautiful decor has a
working fireplace and a view of the courtyard and the
Bay surrounding the infamous Alcatraz Island. Directly
off the living room is an elegant reading room and
gorgeous dining area.
Dining Room:
The dining room seats 10 comfortably for a meal with a
service window to the kitchen. Gorgeous views of the
crooked street and downtown San Francisco compliment
any dinner beautifully.
The reading room sits directly off the living room, where you can enjoy reading a book, drinking a hot cup of tea or a Remi Martin with a water back!
Entertainment Room with Office Space:
The large entertainment room is the entire first floor. It is fully equipped with a flat screen HDTV, a wet bar,
comfortable sofas and unbelievable views of Lombard
Street and Downtown. Stairs from the garage with an
automatic opener lead to this room.
The office space is the North end of the entertainment
room and has high-speed Internet access, a printer, and
unlimited local calling.
