Back deck looks out directly to the dock just 50 feet away and 200 feet of private lakefront. Located on Jamaica Point on the north side of Great Pond, this cottage offers incredible views of North Bay, Chutes Island and Hoyt's Island.

There are many miles of well-maintained trails through the Kennebec Highlands and local guides specializing in fishing trips. Belgrade Lakes Golf Club, a public, top 5 rated course in the country is just minutes from Belgrade Lakes Village. World class rafting trips on the Kennebec, Dead and Penobscot rivers are only 90 minutes away. Acadia National Park is only 2 hours away. The famous LL Bean store and Freeport outlet shopping is only a 45 minute drive from the lakes. The Belgrade Community Center also offers fun summer activities for the kids.
