This large and spacious cottage has 3 bedrooms and a huge open kitchen and living room area that looks directly out to the water thru large picture windows. There is a large grass yard that is meticulously landscaped and great for kids to play on. Very private.
This cottage comes equipped with 2 kayaks and a canoe.

There are many miles of well-maintained trails through the Kennebec Highlands and local guides specializing in fishing trips. Belgrade Lakes Golf Club, a public, top 5 rated course in the country is just minutes from Belgrade Lakes Village. World class rafting trips on the Kennebec, Dead and Penobscot rivers are only 90 minutes away. Acadia National Park is only 2 hours away. The famous LL Bean store and Freeport outlet shopping is only a 45 minute drive from the lakes. The Belgrade Community Center also offers fun summer activities for the kids.
