Kolea (the complex were our condo is located) is the only condo complex in Waikoloa located directly on Anaehoomalu Bay (the name of the beach in Waikoloa although most call is A-Bay for obvious reasons). We have direct beach access though our pool and beach club. The pool at Kolea is spectacular with an infinity edge that disappears into the horizon at the beach. In addition to the pool, the amenities of our private beach club include natural lava rock design hot tub, lava rock waterfall children’s pool with sand bottom, outdoor showers to rinse off after a day at the beach, an exercise room, grass play area, BBQ area, full kitchen, and ample tables for enjoying a meal.
On our first trip to Waikoloa we were astonished by the unique beauty of the tropical landscaping and plush golf courses set against the black lava flow. The amazing landscaping originally attracted us to the tropical paradise, however there is so much more about this place that keeps us coming back. Waikoloa offers championship quality golf courses, beautiful beaches, incredible scuba diving and snorkeling, countless dining and shopping opportunities, historical hikes through ancient petroglyph fields, wind and kite surfing, sailing excursions, and all the amenities of two 5 Star resorts all with in walking distance. Venturing beyond Waikoloa, the Big Island is an incredible vacation destination. Within short driving distance you can visit an active volcano, swim under a waterfall, view the stars in one of the world’s top telescopes, hike in lava tubes and rain forests or explore green or black sand beaches.
You will quickly see why we could not resist the opportunity to purchase this condo. Our home is an exterior 2nd floor unit with an abundance of natural lighting. We have beautiful views of the beach, alkaline pools, and volcanoes; we can easily see the telescopes at the top of Mauna Kea from our living room and lanai. This home was tastefully decorated to match the elegance and quality of the home with the tropical atmosphere of Hawaii. An abundance of floral arrangements and tropical artwork create a warm and peaceful home for you to enjoy while on vacation. At the end of the day you can relax in our large leather chair or a queen sleeper sofa in the living room while watching the 62” HD TV with DVD player and 400w Stereo system. Or keep in touch with family and friends by emailing them your vacation pictures by connecting to our wireless Internet connection.

Call for Christmas Rates and for Specials for Pre-Pays and for Extended Stays
Cleaning is scheduled at the end of your stay for a charge of $190.00. Mid-week cleaning can be arranged if requested for an additional fee.
Full payment needs to be received 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Security deposit of one-nights lodging and one-hights rent is required to reserve dates.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 1 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. If you cancel 15 to 29 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be charged the rate equivalent to 2 nights lodging and any credit card processing fees. No Refunds will be made on reservations canceled within 14 days before your scheduled arrival date during peak season (Dec-April)
Security Deposit Policy:
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 business days of check-out, after successful check-out inspection for property damage or loss.
