| Cancellation Policy: If Travel Insurance is purchased, please check with Travel Guard Insurance about refund should cancellation be necessary. If you choose to waive Travel Insurance we will do our best to re-rent your reserved property for the same rate and time period. All cancellations must be received in writing at which time the property will be made available to another guest. There is no refund unless the property is re-rented for the exact time period and same rate, at which time a $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged. Once a reservation is made and confirmed, if for any reason a change needs to be made on the same home, a $50.00 change may apply. If the change involves another property, it will fall under the cancellation policy. |

Great Winter Escape
Loved the proximity to the Wisp resort. Great to go out for the day and be able to return for a quick lunch and still be able to get back to the mountain and snowboard with ease! Awesome house, lots of nice ammenities. Wonderful great room, fireplace was very warm and inviting, especially after a long winter workout. Also got to check out Swallow Falls in all their winter glory! What a site and we cannot wait to come back to Garrett County again! More...

Exellent get away

Our Wonderful Stay
We rented out Harrigan House May 2009. My fiance and I, along with our two dogs had a wonderful time. The booking experience was really pain free. That was most appreciated. The people that we dealt with were really nice and attentive.
The house was awesome...close to the lake and parks. It was well hidden. The view from the balcony was amazing. The house was clean and well equipped. Nice amenities...everything you need for your stay. We highly recommend choosing Harrigan House as your vacation rental.

private and comfortable
We had a wonderful time at Harrigan House. The home is located in the woods and gave us the feeling that we were alone on a desert island. It was wonderful! The home is neat and had everything we could have wanted. We especially enjoyed the wrap-around deck. Had breakfast there each morning and watched the stars at night. The big TV was wonderful as we cheered our beloved Penguins on to victory in the Stanley Cup Finals. The one issue we had upon arrival (with a bathroom) was corrected within the hour. Our compliments to Harrigan House and the great service of Offlake Rentals. You made our stay most pleasant and the rental process was streamlined and very efficient. More...

Harrigan House Retreat
This is a beautiful home nestled in the woods, where you can see deer daily and even an ocasional bear. The house has many amenities, including a gas grill. The wrap around deck is beautiful and has a wonderful view. The fireplace pit and patio was a great place to gather at night. We loved our stay here and will visit again soon. More...

totally restful
we go there to get away from it all. the quiet and tress just makes it so restful.
coffee on the balcony in the moring watching the wildlife (no bears yet) has been a treat.
the kids are old enough to venture out on there own . they what to go on vaction there with us. More...

nice wooded setting
I took my entire family, including my parents (in 80's) and my children (married) and the dog. The house was great and we enjoyed the walks in the woods. The house was very clean and all the things we needed to cook were there. The downstairs bedroom and bath plus deck was great for my parents who can not use the stairs any more.
