Property Information
On the quiet waters of Harrington Sound is a large contemporary home furnished in handsome luxury and with high- tech accoutrements. All ground floor level rooms open onto a dock with wonderful views over the water looking towards Abbott's Cliff and Trunk Island.
The house is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans in every room. The house comes with maid service four times a week, and an automobile for those who hold valid and current BERMUDA driver's licenses. A temporary membership at the Mid-Ocean Club can also be arranged. At the club there are tennis courts, a dining room, beaches, a famous golf course and other club amenities. These facilities are only 5 minutes away. The silvery sands of John Smiths Bay, a beautiful South Shore Beach is a ten minute walk from the house.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, with a private adjoining bath equipped with a tub, double sinks, toilet and a separate shower facility (tiled in sea glass.) The suite has its own sitting room, with big screen television and a treadmill ,and is on the main level overlooking the water and the dock area. There is a secret garden off the Master suite with an outdoor fireplace.
The upstairs bedroom has two twin beds that can be assembled into a king unit and has a television. The third bedroom has two double beds and a television as well, with a splendid view over the Sound. There are gorgeous bathrooms for each of these bedrooms. All bathrooms have heated towel racks, double sinks, toilet, hair dryer and make up mirror.
The kitchen facilities include a Viking stove, a Sub Zero refrigerator, ice maker, an eat in area that suits two, a TV, several sets of china, glassware, pots, pans and cutlery as well as glassware, stemware and a full complement of table linens plus a laundry area. One can access the dock from the kitchen or the living-room - dining area. The dining area has chairs and a table large enough to sit eight persons comfortably with good linens and china.
There is an extended living room and dining room filled with comfortable furniture. The den has a games table and large screen television as well as a bar facility for evening entertaining . There are three VCR machines, a DVD unit and cable TV and a large selection of movies for your entertainment. The dock area is well equipped with lounge and patio furniture, umbrellas, a barbecue, diving boards and superb deep water swimming and snorkeling.
There is an office with two telephone lines, multiple telephones for your convenience, a dedicated fax line and a computer with its own access line to the Internet. Costs associated with the use of telecommunication equipment will be deducted from the damage deposit. The house is situated 15 minutes from the city of Hamilton or the airport. Fine dining can be enjoyed in Flatts Village (about one half mile away) at a new restaurant called Rustico's.
Guests are met at the house and made welcome and shown around and then left to enjoy the quiet of their surroundings. Groceries can be purchased less than a mile away at Harrington Hundreds Grocery Store which also delivers food, wine ,beer and spirits, or can be ordered on line ( along with mopeds , boat charters, water sports activities and other services) at www.bermudarentals.com

Additional Rate Information
Terms: A Damage deposit of $1000.00 per week of tenancy.
Daily rate: $1,400.00 with minimum 5 night stay. 15% deposit plus refundable $1,000.00 damage- security payment. Maximum of six persons plus an infant in a crib.
Car Rental $500.00 a week. .
Rates may be negotiable for longer terms.
