Vacation Rental Description

Located on an acre and a half, the property sits by itself and within 30 feet of the beach. The house has a large porch, facing east toward the ocean and ideal for drinking your coffee and watching the sunrise.

The house sleeps a total of 14 people with all the comforts of home, a well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and a nicely shaded area, on the bottom level. Two master bedrooms downstairs one has a King and the other a Queen size bed. There is a large heart shaped jacuzzi tub in the Kingsize master bathroom. The Queen size master bedroom has a walk-in shower in the bathroom. The upstairs bath has a combination jacuzzi tub and shower. The upstair bedrooms have twin beds and a trundle.

The downstair bedrooms each have a TV and DVD player. The living area is spacious and open with large windows facing the ocean. At night you can watch the moon rise over the ocean and star gaze. You can sit in the living area and watch a movie.

Underneath the house is a built-in picnic table and barbeque grill.
