Holzman's KEYS KOTTAGE has it all! It has two bedrooms and two baths. Each room is air-conditioned, has ceiling fans and is recently renovated and decorated. The floors throughout are ceramic tiled. Window coverings are vertical blinds and all linens are included. The KOTTAGE is right next to a lovely patio which during their "time" has beautiful Orchids blooming in the trees. A grill is available for our guests to use. There is also a full size washer & dryer. This is an ideal spot for a family of four or larger, or for two couples with or without small children.(maximum occupancy 8).

An easy 90 minute drive from Miami International Airport, the property is located in the heart of Islamorada, directly on Florida Bay. The Keys Kottage is a freestanding, 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa located in a lush native hammock. The Kottage is fully air conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all the desired appliances. The property is a nature lovers dream with resident fish, lobster, an octopus and an occasional manatee in the marina, iguanas that sun themselves by the boat basin and pelicans, egrets and osprey that fly in for periodic visits. Our boat basin can accommodate boats up to 26 feet in length and dockage is included in the rental. The property is private and secluded, away from traffic and noise, yet is convenient to many of the best restaurants and attractions in the Keys. A variety of shopping is nearby. Sunsets over the water of Florida Bay are breathtaking. Well behaved pets are welcome.

Additional Rate Information

Rates are $1295 per week for in season plus state and county tax (12.5%) and a refundable security deposit. A deposit of $500 is is required to hold reservations. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
(The balance for multi-week rentals is due 8 weeks prior to arrival).

The Kottage has a Master bedroom with a queen size bed and it's own bathroom, a second bedroom with a pair of new trundle beds that can sleep 4. There is a second bath. There is a new queen size sofabed in the living room. The living room and dining area are bright and sunny. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, range and microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, coffee pot, blender, dishes and pots and pans. A barbecue is provided to grill your fresh catch. The entertainment center has a TV with cable services, a VCR, and stereo should it rain one afternoon. A clothes washer and dryer are provided. Wireless internet service is available. The marina has electric service and water, and has automatic lights at night. A boat ramp is available for boats up to 17-18 feet. Parking is available for boat trailers under 21 feet. Included in the rental is admission to Founders Park, just a short drive north to Plantation Key where you will find an olympic size pool, tennis, ball fields, and other

amenities.

Property Activities

You're minutes away from the best back country(bonefish, tarpon, permit, snook, redfish), blue water (sailfish, dolphin, wahoo, cobia) and reef fishing (grouper, snapper, yellowtail) in the entire Florida Keys. Fishing off of our jetty in the evening is alot of fun for the kids. Magnificant snorkeling and scuba diving sites abound in the local area. A wide range of boating activities are available year round since our area of the bay is well protected. Sea Kayaking and canoeing along our shoreline is popular. Of course water skiing and knee-boarding are a hit with the kids. Local shopping for clothing, souveniers, and fishing and boating needs is plentiful. Grocery stores are convenient. There are several local attractions if you need a day out of the sun and there are several . Key West is a day-trip away.
