Casa Eroici, is a 4 Bedroom 4 ½ bath estate, nestled in 2 acres of gated, prime landscaped grounds in a premier area of Islamorada Florida also known as Millionaires Row.
The Ground Floor offers an enclosed spacious Recreation Room equipped with a Pool table. Just outside the Recreation Room lies a Beach Area where you'll find a fabulous Pool with Spa and two Gazebos overlooking the Crystal Blue Waters of the Atlantic Ocean . The 300 foot long Dock, with 360' of Open Water Views, is equipped with a Boat Lift and Cleaning Station for all your boating and fishing needs.
The second level, or main level, offers cathedral ceilings and wide open living spaces. On this level you will find 3 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. This level also has an office/den area with ½ bath, laundry room with washer and dryer, fully equipped open gourmet kitchen and a spacious living room with 20 foot high vaulted ceilings and of course dazzling open water views.

The Florida Keys offers numerous above and below water activities from wind surfing and parasailing to scuba diving and everything in between.
If your quest for adventure brings you underwater our area offers some of the best diving and snorkeling in the world, there are numerous shallow reefs for beginners and incredible underwater wrecks for the more advanced.
Charter, rent or bring your own boat and fish offshore in pursuit of mahi-mahi, sailfish, tuna or perhaps marlin or fish the backcountry for bonefish, permit, redfish, snook and trout.
If you are more of a land lover, then you are minutes away from founders park, where you will find tennis courts, an olympic size pool with diving boards and toddler splash park, skate and bmx ramps, soccer fields, baseball fields, basketball courts, bayside beach and amphitheater. You can also visit some of the various artist colonies scattered throughout the area.
One of the most popular attractions where you can swim with the dolphins, sea lions and stingrays is the Theater of the Sea located just a few miles away at (mm 84.5), or get close and personal with a tarpon at Robbie's Marina (mm 77) where you can watch or hand feed wild tarpon. Go bowling at the fishbowl (mm 83.5) or go catch a movie at Tavernier Towne Cinemas (mm 91).
