Property Information
The townhouse is light and airy and you get a wonderful breeze from the lake. Your footsteps on the deck mobilizes the turtles. They will greet you in anticipation of food. They like 'Cheerios and gold fish.' The ducks and various birds complete the picture.
Two decks extend over a man-made lake, which is loaded with fish. Yes, you can fish from the deck or launch your canoe or kayak into the water for a more serene experience.
There are three floors and 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds. The third bedroom has a bunked bed with a full at the bottom and a twin at the top. There are two futons in the living which convert to full sized beds.
Additional Rate Information
$150.00 per night, $100 cleaning fee, 12.5% accommodation tax, $150 refundable deposit to reserve your dates. The deposit will be refunded within a week of checkout.
2 night minimum, except for holidays. Holidays 4 night minimum. Monthly rental $2300, $100 cleaning fee.
