Our Aruba villa (known as The Garden Villa) is a modern luxury rental house located in the exclusive residential beach area of Aruba. It is located on the main beach road about two miles from the high-rise hotels along some of the best beaches on the island. The villa is approximately 2000 sq ft and is fully air-conditioned. It has a full-sized modern eat-in kitchen, large living room, 3 full baths, 2 patio areas, barbeque, in-ground pool, gazebo and three large private bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own separate full baths so that each couple has total privacy. The house sleeps 6 adults very comfortably (roll-away beds can accommodate an extra adult and/or children if necessary). It contains a fully equipped, eat-in kitchen complete with all appliances, dishes, silverware and even pots/pans. The focal point is a unique indoor/outdoor living room (complete with cable TV and entertainment center) overlooking the gardens and pool. For total seclusion, relax in the large gazebo hidden in our own private tropical gardens located on the property. The villa is situated on 1/4 acre and is surrounded completely with 10' high privacy walls.
Our villa is just across the street and one block in from Boca Catalina beach. To be precise, it is just 200 steps from our front door to the beach and Caribbean Ocean. That's tough to beat! Our Aruba house location is perfect because it is right by the beach yet sheltered from the beach road noise and traffic. Boca Catalina beach is complete with cabana huts and is one of Aruba's best scuba diving and snorkeling areas. The beaches are great and the surf is very calm. This area is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, windsurfing, sailing and just about any other water sport you can think of. Best of all, this area of Aruba's beaches is very un-crowded and most times it's like having your own private beach! The "Gold Coast" area of Aruba is famous for its up-scale private houses and villas. Most houses are year-round private residences but a few homes, such as our Aruba villa, are available for vacation rentals. Our villa comes with its own in-ground pool and lush tropical gardens. Our Aruba villa is private, secluded and it is very quiet since the property is located off the main road. And for you golfers, we are literally just around the corner from Tierra Del Sol country club and golf course. This is an 18-hole, world-class course and is the host of pro tour events throughout the year. Tennis courts are also available at the club.

Discounts: We do offer discounts if only one or two bedrooms will be used (low and summer seasons only).
"Last-minute" Specials (subject to availability): We sometimes have unused time slots, short mid-week periods or cancellations that we can offer at nice discounts (only applies to openings within the upcoming 30 day period). So if you want to do an last-minute, impromptu vacation, we might have a great deal for you. Call or email us for availability and pricing.
Short stays: You can also rent for stays of less than one week depending on availability (call or email us).

Our agent, Ms Anneke Gorter, personally manages our rental property and is always available to help with your vacation plans. In fact, she lives only a half mile away from the house.
