Property Information
This is the ONLY condo facility in down town Myrtle Beach (cross Ocean Blvd and you’re on the beach) catering to larger groups (more than 4 bedrooms). Furthermore we have spent approximately DOUBLE our competition to create a true high-end luxury unit. Here’s what you can enjoy: 6 King pillow top beds (all with TVs and DVDs); 4 Queen sleepers; Game room (Olhausen pool table, Foosball, 42” plasma TV and Xbox 360), Living area (four sofas, 50” plasma TV, Playstation 3 (enjoy the new Blu-Ray high definition DVDs); Home Theatre system, internet access (high speed DSL) via PS3 (Keyboard and mouse provided), Wireless router – for your laptop; Dining area (huge 13’ 9” x 4’ 7” black granite table capable of seating 16); Fully equipped kitchen area (Granite, two fridges); Laundry room (washer/dryer) and 5 baths, some with whirlpool tubs. The complex also has a lazy river, 2 small pools, 2 hot tubs and a Kiddy play area (1 foot only deep water).

We offer packages from budget accommodation/budget central courses, to luxury accommodation/top class central courses. You can also watch video footage for all our recommended courses, as well as most of the other 90 courses we offer.
...and more GOLF Also, because we own the accommodation we can undercut the 100’s of other sites out there offering packages as they add their overhead to the package, as for the most part, they do not own the accommodation. With us that overhead is not there. Note that course prices are pretty consistent as course owners sell rounds to the Intenet advertising fraternity for the same price across the board. Shoot us an email, what do you have to loose :-) BTW, I know everyone wants a number so here’s our base package price - 3 nights, 3 rounds, hotel room, carts included, early Sept, $194.22 each - TOTAL. That’s $64.74 per night! OR, 4 nights, 4 rounds, luxury condo, carts included, early Sept, $317.45 each TOTAL. That’s $79.36 per night!

All bedrooms come with two nightstands, two lamps, TV, DVD, phone and projection alarm clock. All beds are en suite except for bedroom 2 where you have to cross the hall. Three beds have dressers, and three beds have flat panel LCD TVs. All nightstands and dressers are glass top and Italian Cherry. Futons are high end (more than $1000 each) and are between Double and Queen size.
The unit is located on Ocean Blvd. in central Myrtle Beach. To get to the beach, leave the complex, cross Ocean Blvd and walk about 50 yards. Due to the units' central location all of Myrtle Beach’s attractions are close at hand. Especially of interest are FAMILY KINGDOM (theme and water park, about 100 yards north), BROADWAY AT THE BEACH (Restaurants, shopping theaters, nightlife, about 2.2 miles north) and MARKET COMMON (Restaurants, shopping theaters, nightlife, about 2.5 miles south)

My pals and I have planned an annual golf trip for a few years now and are always looking for a rental than can accommodate our group (up 10 16 at times), is well located to golf, food, and entertainment, and is within the average budget.

February 2009
Our family rented this unit in February 2009 for a family reunion consisting of 14 people from all over the country. The unit was clean, stocked and ready to go. There was plenty of room for all and the kitchen/dining area was perfect for entertaining. We spent most of our 4 day/ 5 night stay inside the unit, as the weather was a bit cold. Even in that, we never felt cramped or ran out of things to do. The kids (and the adults) had a great time with the Wii, the playstation and the upstairs game room. The bedrooms were comfortable and private with extra linens/pillows available. The unit exceeded our expectations in every way and we recommend it to others without hesitation. One last thing to mention...the owner of the property, Andy, was gracious enough to allow our family to "adopt" a ceramic pig that belonged to the unit and sat on the outside patio. This family reunion was very special as we have not seen each other in many many years and even had a few members just meeting for the very first time. We will continue our reunion tradition each year with the pig as our family mascot. Myrtle Beach 2009! Thank you Andy! |
