HIGH SEASON RATES
May 15 to October 1, daily rate plus
Holidays, school breaks & local festivals (7 night
minimum in June, July & August), 4 night minimum
otherwise.
$400.00 weekdays
$450.00 weekends
OFF SEASON RATES
Oct 2 to May 15 daily rate, except for holidays, school
breaks & local festivals (4 night minimum):
$300.00 FOR WEEKDAYS AND $350.00 WEEKENDS
RATES ARE FOR 10 PEOPLE. ADDITIONAL PEOPLE ARE
AT $25.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT.
SPECIAL RATES
Ask about our special rates for small groups or weekly
and monthly
rentals.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of $500.00 is due with registration form.
DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED AFTER CHECKOUT IF THERE
IS NO DAMAGE TO HOUSE.
CANCELLATION POLICY: YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE
RETURNED IF HOUSE IS RE-RENTED, MINUS A SMALL
FEE FOR RE-BOOKING.
CLEANING FEE
A cleaning fee of $75.00-$150.00 will be charged
depending on the
size of your group.
CHECK-IN TIME
Check-in time is 4pm or later.
CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-out time is 11a.m. or earlier.
PETS & SMOKING POLICIES
We love pets, but please no pets in the house. Please,
no smoking
inside.

15 August—We loved our stay. The beach is one of the
nicest on the west coast. Reminds me of Big Sur, and
the water is not too cold. The view is just fabulous!!

5 July—How wonderful was this?? I come from a home
of hard wood floors-a background of old homes in
general-and now I want to live in a modern home with
plush, luxurious, wall-to-wall carpet (and all the other
modern amenities). We had a great time. Played games,
read books, watched movies, sat in the Jacuzzi, walked
and splashed on the beach, went into town & walked
around the bay-front…and really enjoyed the fireworks
display on the 4th. This is a perfect place for family
reunions-especially because of the huge family room &
kitchen area, with spectacular view!! Thank you for
everything (heart). Marya Aslakson & Family p.s. we left
some videos that we hope future guests will enjoy.
12 October—Great place, beautiful view, nice beach. We
had a great time. 6 folks from McCall, Idaho.

23 June—What a great house it is, just beautiful, and so
big. We could not get enough of the beach, it is just
great. This is the best beach place we have ever stayed
at. We will be back. Always, The Blakemores
29 August—We had a wonderful family gathering here
—what a great house for a multi-generational reunion!
