Located in the highly popular Roads End neighborhood of Lincoln City, this charming and cozy home is the perfect place for your next romantic getaway or family vacation! The home has one bedroom, one bathroom, plus a full 2nd floor bedroom loft, and will sleep four very comfortably. It is just one block from the Pacific Ocean and beach access, and has ocean views from almost every window in the house.
The Road's End area of Lincoln City is unique in several ways. It is truly the "road's end", landlocked to the north by Cascade Head, and so has only one way in and one way out. This makes the neighborhead much less conjested with traffic and noise, a huge plus for any Oregon beach - especially in summer! The beach running the length of Road's End is one of the most beautiful and photographed in Oregon. Cascade Head and the tide pools on the north end of the beach are spectacular. It is an Oregon tradition to have at least one beach bonfire while on vacation, using the driftwood found everywhere on the beach.

Cancellation Policy: 30 days notice required for full refund. 15-29 days notice will pay 1 nights deposit. Less than 15 days will not be refunded unless the home can be rebooked. 10% cancellation fee will be charged on all cancellations
Deposits: One night rent deposit required to secure reservation. The balance is then due at least 30 days in advance of arrival date. $200 refundable security deposit also required.
Other Fees: $55 cleaning fee not included in rates. Some small dogs are allowed. $50 additional deposit required.
Other Policies: Holidays $155 a night and balance due 45 days in advance

We spent last week at "High Tides". It was all we hoped for and more. Even though someone is building a tall brown house down the way from High Tides there is still a view of the ocean from many windows and both decks. The attention to detail is wonderful. Lovely colors and high level bedding, towels and kitchen items. We felt at home and loved exploring the beach. It is an easy walk even with our kids. The owners were great to work with and we highly recommend this vacation rental. We wish we were still there.

Thanks so much for a wonderful mid-week stay in your beautiful home! The beach access was awesome, the hot tub was a perfect way to relax and see the stars and hear the ocean, the 3rd night free was pretty nice too! I'd highly reccomend this home to all my friends and family!
