Newport Beach is located along the Pacific Ocean in Orange County, California 45 miles south of Los Angeles, 90 miles north of San Diego, almost right in the middle and only 25 minutes southeast of Disneyland ( a 15 minute drive). Newport Beach is the ideal beach bum location!! Both our 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom have sleeper sofas and bikes for you to use.
Newport Beach is a great place for aquatic activities such as riding bikes on six miles of picturesque sandy coastline, surfing south swells (north swells are good too) and has one of the greatest small yacht harbors in the world. Rent a boat and explore Newport Harbor or fish off the Balboa or Newport Piers. Jet ski, parasail, surf, or spend a day over on Catalina Island on one of the many boats leaving every day . Ride our local Balboa ferry and walk around Balboa Island , home to more than 70 gift shops, galleries and restaurants. For the shoppers Newport offers, Fashion Island and the Lido Marina Village with hundreds of shops and dozens or restaurants from which to choose. Take a day trip to Catalina island for great scuba diving and snorkeling.
Experience Newport Beach, one of the most unique destination Southern California has to offer.
Shopping/ Dining:
We are walking distance from the world famous Nike Town. Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza are a shot drive or taxi away. All offer wonderful dining, shopping and entertainment for the whole family.
Weather:
We have no seasons!! This is Southern California and I can't tell you how many days we have in winter that feel like summer, it just gets cold at night. Summer is summer and around 76-84 degrees during the day and now less than 68 degrees at night, great for sitting on the deck. Earthlink Internet dial up account provided by us in your check in instructions but you need to bring your own laptop.

2 Bed off Season Rates from September 15th - May 31st are $275.00 a night three day minimum and a weekly rate $1,800.00
2 Bed Summer rates from June 1st –Sept 15th are $385.00 a night three day minimum and a weekly rate of $2500.00. In the months of July and August there is a minimum of a weeks stay.
Both units rent for $4000.00 a week (off season).
Both units rent for $5600.00 a week (summer season).
