You will truly be above the clouds. This magnificent cabin is perched high on a mountain side with a beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains. You will enjoy the seclusion yet be only 6 miles from the grocery store and downtown Bryson City.
On cool days, you can warm yourselves with not one, but two fireplaces! In addition to the one in the great room, there is another in the master bedroom. Also, the master bedroom has its own deck which leads to the new hot-tub.
Sunrise above the Clouds is located near all the popular recreations areas of the Great Smoky Mountains, including the National Park, whitewater rafting on the Nantahala River, hiking the Appalachian Trail, riding in the Tsali Recreation area, the quaint town of Bryson City and the Indian town of Cherokee with it's native shops, museums, fishing and famous outdoor docu-drama, "Unto These Hills."
After a day out, you can relax back at the cabin on the deck absorbing the wildlife sounds of the mountain evenings!

| Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of our business, and the fact that people generally book our cabins well in advance, we require a minimum of 30 days notice in order to give a full refuend of a deposit, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. If you must cancel your reservation with less than 30 days notice of your arrival date, and we are able to re-rent your cabin in full, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less the $75.00 service charge. In the even of an early departure, bad weather, or poor road conditions, we cannot provide a refund. |

| Other Policies: Pets are permitted only with prior approval. Additional pet rental and additional Damage Deposit on your credit card will apply. Any pets residing on the property that have not been pre-approved shall result in the termination of Tenant's tenancy, loss of security deposit in full, and may be subject to additional fees. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up of any/all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture will be subject to additional fees. All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations and must be free from fleas. All pets are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical fela and tick repellent three days prior to arrival. The cabin owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises. |

06/06/08 My husband and I recently stayed at this cabin while he was home on leave from Iraq. The pictures do not do this home justice. It was absolutely phenomenal. Super clean, incredible view, and an all around beautiful home. The property managers took care of our needs very promptly, and left a great impression on us. If you are thinking about staying in the Bryson City area, this is the place to rent. Check out the white water rafting in the nearby gorge and definitly stop by to have the great pizza at PBR's. The cabin was way beyond our expectations, and we plan to take a trip there every summer when my husband is home for good!

This truly is "Sunrise Above the Clouds"! What a beautiful cabin with even a better view. Loved the attention to detail that was put into the cabin and the Jacuzzi was incredible and a nice touch. We are heading out for a hike and jumping on the motorcycle for a scenic morning Ride. Thanks for allowing us to experience Bryson City in Style.
