Reminisce of days gone by! In this stately Georgian manor house guests enjoy the library, front porch, cozy side porch, patio, or strolling the gardens to view the ponds. Westminster, South Carolina is a small quaint village nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains near scenic Highway 11 about 6 miles south of Walhalla.
This elegant Greek revival style home was built in 1897 and restoration of the home was started in 1995. The home has 19 rooms including nine fireplaces, original glass windows, high ceilings, library, parlor and formal dining room. The home sits on 3 1/2 acres with beautiful trees, gardens with an ornamental pond, and a large pond at the back of the meadow.
Magnolia Manor strives to provide guests a chance to step back in time to experience True Southern Hospitality at its best. The 110 year old Manor House currently has 8 tastefully decorated bedrooms available, ranging from luxurious suites to private retreats located on the 3rd floor. Each room is furnished with period antiques and fine reproductions, restoring the home to Century Old Elegance.

Magnolia Manor hosts elegant dinners and private parties celebrating holidays, anniversaries, birthdays and retirements! The manor house can accommodate parties from 15 to 50 guests. The reception hall can seat 125 guests with DJ, dancing and full bar service available. As new owners, Glenn and JoAnn Blake are dedicated to producing some of the finest events in the upstate including our garden weddings and receptions.

Recently engaged? Please call about our spring special!! We can provide a beautiful wedding site and a reception for 100 guests for under $5000! This price includes:
Beautiful ceremony site in the garden, on the patio or in the reception hall
Photographer and photo package with a minimum of 200 4x6 prints and keepsake album
DJ providing customized music you select for your ceremony and reception
Finger-food buffet including a hand-carved fruit display
Wedding cake, cake service and coffee/tea
How can we do it? We are a family run business catering your event on site and we work exclusively with select vendors so we can pass these savings on to you!
Larger wedding plans? Our reception hall can seat 125 for dining and the patio can accommodate an additional 125 guests. The patio is adjacent to the reception hall and is tented March through October.
The Magnolia Suite can be defined as: "Pure Southern Elegance." With the king sized canopy bed, jacuzzi tub, private balcony, and fireplace with gas logs, this suite is perfect for that romantic getaway, honeymoons, weekend retreats, or for distinguished guests that only the best will do.
The Dogwood Room The Dogwood Room is a large room renovated 9/06 with oversized multi head walk-in shower, queen bed, sitting area, electric logs in fireplace.
The Rose Room is a Second Floor Room with large private bath, sitting area and has a Garden View.
The Azalea Room is a second floor room with private bath, fireplace, and a Garden View.
The Wrens Nest is located on the third floor with a queen sized bed and sitting area.
The Robins Nest is a third floor room with a queen sized bed, sitting area and a shared bath with Sparrows Nest. This room can be reserved in conjunction with the Sparrows Nest for $150 (two bedrooms and one bath).
