Property Information
This charming 1 bedroom 1 bath cabin is located in a pristine mountain side on the edge of the Smokys. A small creek flowing beside the cabin will add to your stay. You will be tempted to hike and enjoy the beautiful terrain just outside your front door.
Inside you can enjoy a movie on the HD TV in the living room, or prepare an intimate meal in the fully equipped kitchen. In the evening you can enjoy the fireflies while relaxing on the bedroom's deck. Later, the fireplace will add to the atmosphere of your special times. When you are ready to retire, you can fall asleep in the luxurious king size bed, waking to the sounds of nature the next morning. The Guest House is air conditioned by nature.
For outdoor activities, you are midway between the best whitewater rafting in the east on the Nantahala River, the beauty of the Appalachian Trail and the most visited National Park in the country, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Guest House at Battle Branch is pet friendly, sleeps 2-4 and is available year round.

| Cancellation Policy: Due to the nature of our business, and the fact that people generally book our cabins well in advance, we require a minimum of 30 days notice in order to give a full refuend of a deposit, less a $75.00 cancellation fee. If you must cancel your reservation with less than 30 days notice of your arrival date, and we are able to re-rent your cabin in full, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less the $75.00 service charge. In the even of an early departure, bad weather, or poor road conditions, we cannot provide a refund. |

| Other Policies: Pets are permitted only with prior approval. Additional pet rental and additional Damage Deposit on your credit card will apply. Any pets residing on the property that have not been pre-approved shall result in the termination of Tenant's tenancy, loss of security deposit in full, and may be subject to additional fees. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up of any/all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture will be subject to additional fees. All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations and must be free from fleas. All pets are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical fela and tick repellent three days prior to arrival. The cabin owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises. |
