Just a short walk to the river, this two story home has high vaulted ceilings in the living and dining rooms with the kitchen just steps away. King bedroom has walk in closet and sliding door out to deck with private hot tub. Upstairs is bunk room, queen bedroom, bathroom and loft with futon that looks over into living room.

"If I get to vacation in Sunriver again soon I will probably try to rent this house again. It has a big entryway with 2 benches so you can sit down to remove your snowboots. Big windows and a fireplace style woodstove in the living room, which made it nice to just relax indoors when the weather turned and ruined our plans to ski. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all connected so whoever has kitchen duty won't be separated from everyone else. Except for the loft, there's decent separation between the living and sleeping areas so if someone's up late watching TV the rest can get some sleep. There are four beds in the bunk room. That was the one thing that wasn't real clear when I read the description on Village Properties' website."

"With 2 sets of bunks, a pullout in the loft, King downstairs and queen upstairs we had plenty of room. Lots of bikes to choose from in the garage. Don't let the exterior fool you; it's not the most modern looking house on the outside but it's very spacious and functional for larger families. It worked perfectly for our group. It's a bit of a ride to the Mall so you have to plan your trips by bike so you don't end up riding back at night; otherwise this is a great place!"
