This beautifully furnished, single level home, is surrounded by lots of common area with forested views and is just a short walk to Fort Rock Park. Newly remodeled, the kitchen has granite counters and the great room area has hardwood floors and lots of space. Cozy up to the beautiful rock fireplace and enjoy a movie on the large screen TV in the living room. Bench seating at the dining room table will accommodate your family nicely. The master suite is large with a King bed and has access to the hot tub. The Queen bedroom is located off the living room area and the Pyramid Bunk bed room is good sized and a great area for the kids to play (also includes a "play n' pack" portable crib). Nice deck with hot tub has good privacy and a great view.

"Everyone at Village Properties was wonderful to deal with from the first phone call to the end of our stay. #1 Quartz Mt. Lane is a beautiful home.. Very comfortable and quite tastefully decorated. The house had everything you could ever need. The deck was stocked with a BBQ, a great hot tub and a patio table and chairs. The location is perfect. We could walk to the nearby tennis courts and it was an easy drive (or bike ride) to the Village. The first evening we discovered the television did not work. The next day we spoke with Village Properties and within a few minutes a repair man was at the house. Since he could not repair the television/dvd player he ended up bringing us an entirely different system within an hour! It was refreshing to receive this kind of attentive service! If I had to say one unfavorable thing about the house it was that the master bedroom was a bit dusty, especially the headboard and nightstands.. and the mattress was extremely soft. But really, it is so minor that I'm hesitant to even mention it. Our vacation was fabulous, a perfect mix of activity and relaxation, and much of it is due to this wonderful gem of a house we were fortunate to stay at."

"This home was the perfect place to stay in SunrIver. The location (close to Fort Rock Park) was private, yet convenient to everything. The house itself was very nicely decorated and had all the amenities that we needed. We really enjoyed the new kitchen, master suite, hot tub, and great room concept. Everything was SO open and comfortable. We ended up eating there every day and evening because we just found the house to be so inviting. We would certainly book again. We had two families (4 adults and 4 kids) and it was just the right amount of space. The master suite is very large, the bunk room great, and the third bedroom (off the dining room, which was the only thing not ideal) was very nice, too. Overall this house was wonderful and we can't wait to go back again!"

"My family and I try to get to Sun River every Sept. after the crowds leave and the homes become more affordable. This past Sept we stayed at #1 Quartz Mountain Lane. I highly recomment this home. It is very modern, clean and comfortable. Their were deer grazing on the property on a regular basis. It is well located to get to the park and other amenities. The hot tub works great and Having a Plasma T.V with HD was a real bonus. If there was anything I felt was missing it would be WIFI. Great home and we expect to be back."
