Property Information

"Indigo" is a luxurious Anguillan villa, with nine bedrooms fronted by beautiful white sands and coral reefed blue sea. The large through-lounge and dining area is situated on the upper terrace and opens to a marvelous patio vista of pool, palms, sea, sand and the islands beyond. It is furnished with a unique blend of antique and modern, including hi-fi, television and video. Adjoining is the luxury kitchen, utility room, cloakroom and powder room. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality utensils and crockery.

On the upper terrace there are bedrooms opening to a sea view patio, which are beautifully decorated and cleverly designed to give maximum privacy. Each room has a dressing room, marble shower and double vanities. There is a fabulous master bedroom on this level as well, with spacious bathroom and lovely terrace to upper pool with sun loungers facing the sea.

On the garden level is the lower terrace which houses another superb master bedroom with dressing closet and a marbled bathroom with double vanities . This master suite also has a seperate living room and small kitchenette. A unique feature of "Indigo" is the terraced dining pavilion which has built-in furniture, barbecue, sink and fridge, overlooking beautifully mature gardens and the sea beyond.

On the small man made beach, is further dining as well as a BBQ and lots of sun loungers on the beach. Because of the tide, there is also a small bathing dock, so swimmers can easily get in and out of the water.

Resident Cordon Bleu Chef available for $25 per hour and $15 per hour for helpers; plus 10% service charge on food purchased. The Chef will create Breakfast/Lunch/and Evening Meal as you wish. Baby sitting can be arranged through Sherille, head house keeper and paid direct, normal charge is $10 per hour.

The security deposit is 25% of the total rental. All accounts for food, shopping, telephone and other miscellaneous charges are to be settled on check out, if charges are in excess of the security deposit. The security deposit, if unused is refundable 60-90 days after departure.
