Property Information
Villa "Côté Sud" is a luxury private waterfront villa located on one of the most beautiful spot on the South of the island. "Côté Sud" has been completly rebuild, extended and renovated in a high end unique villa. The property has its own private pebble beach, 100 foot concrete pier and private access to Green Cay Beach with its beautiful half a mile sandy beach. Fantastic views and sunsets.
"Côté Sud" has 4 bedrooms (1 master king, 2 king beds,2 twins)house. The house can easily welcome 8 people and maximum 10 (using 2 extra aerobeds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (4). The house also features a fitness room, media room, a hot-tub, 38'infinity pool, 1400'of covered verranda with unique views of the ocean, BBQ.
Very quiet and private property located 10' from downtown of Charlotte Amalie, 15' from TUTU Shopping mall, 20' from Red Hook and 3' from Antilles School.
The house is very high end furnished and designed by an European Interior designer. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped, wet bar on the 2nd floor.
All bedrooms and fitness room are equipped with its flat screen plasma tv set and dvd player. The ground floor has Bose stereo HIFI system in the media room and living room area (with Ipod connection) wireless internet in all the house.
Most of the exposed art are original oil paintings that make the villa an unique place to be.

Our weekly rate includes 1 day maid service, concierge service and pick up at the airport.
At a discount rate, you can also rent our 3 cabinet charter boat "Posh" that will bring you through the other Caribbean gorgeous islands. Have a look at the website: http://www.charterboatposh.com.
Our hostess and captain of the boat will guide you all through your stay.
We also offer daily "Trash and Tidy"

Additional Rate Information
High Season Dec 15th- Apr 30th: $9,000/wk for 1 to 4 persons, extra person $700/wk.
Low Season May-Dec 15th: $7,000/wk for 1 to 4 persons. Extra guest: $700/week
Christmas: $15,000/wk (7 to 10 nts).
Thanksgiving: $9,000/wk.
We only accept seven nights or more rentals, except for low season and special request.
Above mentioned fees are for one to four people only.
Additional guests beyond four: $700 guest per week.

| Cancellation Policy: All cancellations and any request for changes must be made faxed or emailed to the owner.If you cancel more than 45 days prior to your arrival date, 80 per cent of your total rent will be refunded and 20 per cent of your total rent will be retained by the owner as full liquidated damages. However, if your cancelled dates are rebooked by another guest, 80% of your rental monies will be returned to you for the nights rebooked, and 20% will be retained by the owner as full liquidated damages. |
